How it all began...
A brief history
Jessica was born and raised in the Salem area. She graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts. She worked for Capital Valuation Group in Salem from June 1996 through June 2005. Her dad, Jon Fields, was a Farm and Ranch Broker who started Agri-Business Real Estate Services back in 1972. When Jessica became self-employed in 2005 as an agricultural appraiser, it was under the name Agri-Business Real Estate Appraisal Services to be associated with her dad's long-standing excellent reputation in the farming and real estate communities in the Mid-Willamette Valley.
Where we are today
In 2012, Jessica's dad retired and moved to Central Oregon and left Agri-Business RE in other capable hands. In 2014, the Ritter family also moved to Central Oregon, but Jessica continues to perform agricultural appraisal work. Due to location and experience, primary service areas now include:
Crook, Deschutes, Jefferson, Wheeler Counties
Marion, Polk, Yamhill, Clackamas and Linn Counties
Starting in 2022, Jessica's brother Jeremy joined the team as a Registered Appraiser Assistant:
